My brilliant wife Diane and I told part of our story soon after I started my blog at the beginning of 2009.

As we always do, we mixed our el bizarro style of humour in with it too. Then mixed that with videos.

More recently I shared part of my story that I’d kept hidden.  For no good reason.  Because there’s never a good reason not to shine the Light of Christ on our lives, and if we keep things hidden, He can’t do that fully.

I’m not advocating sharing every intimate detail of your life online – some things are meant to be private – but what I shared is part of my redemption story that has power and can bring hope for others who struggled like I did.

That’s the power of testimony.  It’s all through the Bible.  The key is not to dwell there, but rather dwell in the promises of God for your life.  For there lies freedom.  True freedom.
