I'm surprised Diane didn't send the recipe when we were all making beer bread every other day earlier in the year.

Honestly, I've had B&G pies all over the place, but Diane's is the best. And apparently, my mash is the best (this mash is actually called champ, meaning it has scallions in it, or spring onions as we call them…which might be what you call them too?)

That does look yummy. I had never heard of Guinness pie, but anything with the brew of the gods in it must be heavenly.
