…don’t say ’splendid’ huh?
Perhaps I need this book?
Yes, that would be a fabulous idea.

Hi Carol, great to meet you
I think you might be surprised how common my story is. Not that I have stats to back it up, but I do know that even since my story was posted, I've had a few people tell me "I thought I was the only one". It's just such an unspoken subject.
So now that I've spoken, I hope I'm ready for where God wants this to go. Pray for me
I’ll bet “real men” dont say confabulate, either… ha ha! PS bring back flying spaceship man!!!
Confabulate is definitely underused in my vocab too…
Flying spaceship man may make a return at some point. I gotta give my banner designer a break from constant recreation though
I never turn down a request to pray for someone! And also be assured that God never leads us anywhere that his love hasn't already gone. "We may not know what our tomorrows hold but we know who holds our tomorrows."
Thanks Carol. And absolutely, He has prepared the way, I just need the courage to go. And I will

David, I happened over here from Joseph's 'Moving Through Life' blog, meandered around a bit and then discovered your story on Jenni's blog. It really resonated with me because the novel I wrote last year was born from a seed sown by someone else's similar story. At the time I thought that person's experience must be fairly rare, so it's a surprise to "happen onto" another. (I put that in quotations because I suspect it didn't just happen so much as having been orchestrated by God.) Thank you for sharing your story. I'm sure God will use your faithfulness to his glory.
