Life 'n' That

Just gotta say, a week goes really REALLY quickly…

I’m having trouble putting the week’s events into stages…but suffice to say it’s all moving along quickly, with emotions riding the gamut of possibilities.

God is the great stabiliser in all of this, and we thank Him ALL the time.

I do want to let you all know that I’m not ignoring you, and haven’t suddenly stopped reading your blogs, but I am not likely to be commenting as much as I was as the qty of leisure time decreases over the next few weeks.

I am still reading though via my reader, just not clicking on through to express my appreciation for all the amazingness your blogs hold. From big huge revelation to simple thanks, from frivolous to serious…I love being part of this bloggy twittering community.

And regarding Twitter…yeah, I’m not on there quite as much either…miss you guys :/

Have you tried using the "Next" feature on Google Reader? I have found it excellent. When I read about it I was intrigued but didn't think it would suit me. Now that I have added it to my favourites bar I am using it all the time. It takes you straight through to the blog you are reading (great to be able to see everyone's layouts rather than just their text) and you can comment straight away if the desire so takes you. You also get the most recent blog updates that way and it's a nice surprise seeing who you'll read after clicking "next". I've found it particularly excellent since I've been away and am trying to catch up with everyone.

Anyway, yes, I've used the next feature…it just makes reading much slower since it does go through to each blog in context…so it's useful for sure, but not for time-saving

Hey! I hope YOUR 'transition' is progrssingas per THE Plan, even if emotional upheaval might be a side-effect?

I feel a little "absent" myself. I miss you all terribly. I wish I had an audio file of Diane reading a book to me while I'm in the hospital. I'm sure that would encourage a quick recovery.
